l'invitation pour la réunion préparatoire au Congrès du réseau des femmes
du PGE (dont UAG est membre observateur).

Elle aura lieu les 27 et 28 octobre prochains (le w-e), dans les bureaux
de Bruxelles du PGE.

Ce serait une bonne occasion pour des membres féminines d'UAG de faire
connaissance avec les autres représentantes des différents partis membres
du PGE.

Il a également un souper prévu pour le samedi soir. Dans le cas ou une
chambre d'hotel serait nécessaire, merci de m'en informer.

Meeting for the preparation of the Congress of Woman of the EL at day before

the EL-congress in Prague (23.11.2007)



27th and 28th of October 2007 in Brussels

Dear companions, dear friends,



Our meeting for the preparation of the Women’s Congress of the EL will
take place on 27th and 28th of October in Brussels, in the office of the

European Left and you are cordially invited.



As agenda we suggest:



1. Planning of the EL Women’s Congress, contents, agenda, schedule,

responsibilities,  emphasis.

2. State of the preparations of the working groups

3. Communication over the plenum of the Women’s Congress

4. Communication over a political document of the Congress

5. Guest list and invitations



Schedule:



Saturday, 27.10

Starting from 13.30 arrival in the office of the EL with small lunch

14.30: beginning of the Meetings

16.30 to 17 o'clock break

17 – 19.00: Meeting



In the evening we will have a common dinner in a restaurant which Liberté
has selected for us.



Sunday, 28.10.

9.00 -11.00: Meeting

11-11.30 break with small lunch

11.30 – 14.30: Meeting



Time of beginning and the end are planned in such a way that many of you
were able to arrive on Saturday and can travel back on Sunday. If
overnight accommodation from Friday to Saturday or from Sunday to Monday
is

needed, please ask Liberté.



The meeting is being planned for 20 participants.

The hotel is located near to the EL Office.



Registrations are asked until 28th of September at Liberté Gregorio.

Please communicate us also, who of you will bring interpreters with you.

The office of the EL can make translations from and to English and French.





We ask the parties to give the invitation also to interested women.
